Iphone 4s Firmware Update Problem (36) error - is this hardware issue ?

hi all

i have a iphone 4s and its in recorvery mode i tryed to direct restore and manual restore with 5.0.1 9A405 and 9A406 and same error itunes error 36 i tryed in 2 diffrent compiuters and 2 different usb cable and phone same error when gives error phones display same ready to restore skiped all steps but when firmware writing gives error 36 i cannot write firmware and my phone now in recorvery mode im wait for your helps Thanks a lot

and i writed to 3 4 phone firmware and i didnt see problem and now i cant write firmware to my phone
